Huron Parent Orientation for Incoming 9th Grade Students

Huron High School will be hosting its annual Parent Orientation for Incoming 9th Graders on February 10 at 6 pm in Meyers Auditorium. Parents and families are invited to learn about the philosophy and programs that make Huron a fantastic high school.

Prospective parents and students will learn about Huron’s new IB Middle-Years and Diploma programs as well as the full suite of programs that have made Huron a nationally-recognized school since 1968, including academic programs that celebrate diversity and prepare students to excel as global citizens, as well as Grammy-award winning music, Humanities, AP, and state-championship athletic programs.Teachers from English Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Math, Business, Special Education, Art and others will host informative sessions to display the diverse learning opportunities that make up the Huron High experience. Huron's IB (International Baccalaureate) facilitators will also be present to answer questions about the IB Curriculum.

Join Huron principals and teachers at Parent Orientation to find out more about what Huron will offer your student.
